AlgoXPrime is not a broker, investment advisor, fund manager, or profit guarantee service.


2. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading involves financial risk. Profit is not guaranteed and losses may occur.

The user understands that:

- All trading decisions are user's responsibility.
- Trading capital and risk management are user's responsibility.
- AI/automation cannot guarantee successful trades.

3. User Responsibility

The user accepts full responsibility for:

- Profit or loss
- Broker account
- API connection
- Trading settings

4. Software Charges

Any payment made for AlgoXPrime is only for:

- Software access
- Technology service
- Platform usage

It is not an investment amount or guarantee of profit.

5. Refund Policy

Because AlgoXPrime is a digital software service:

- Subscription/payment after activation is generally non-refundable.
- Trading loss or no profit cannot be a reason for refund.

6. Liability

Ebizito Private Limited shall not be responsible for:

- Market loss
- Broker/API issues
- Internet/server problems
- Technical errors
- User trading decisions
